Dear George (The Rolls Royce of all Contractors),

I simply wanted to write to personally thank you for your patience, enthusiasm and support during the construction of my beautiful home in Clinard Village. Whew! Yes, this is truly my home. Although, my experience with contractors has been limited, based on my previous experiences and stories from many homeowners, you are indeed unique and an exception to the rule!

From the moment we were introduced, I felt a sense of security about your work and commitment to me as a customer. It was very evident that you build homes  verses constructing houses... which show not only in the workmanship but extends into the selection of even the smallest fixtures. (I really love the doorknobs and faucets.)

Wow! It is a pleasure to know you. I have been singing your praises to everyone in Winston and Clemmons who mention anything about building a home. It is an honor and pleasure to refer you to others who are looking to invest their money into a quality, well-built dream home.

Also, thank you for responding to my many calls to ask even the simplest question during the building process and after the closing. You have gone well beyond the call of duty. Everything is just perfect, so I know this is where I am supposed to be!

We want to take this opportunity to say thank you! Building our new home has been so exciting and having you as our contractor has been wonderful. What a pleasure it is working with someone who has our best interest in mind. We appreciate the time that you gave to us even after the papers were signed. You always made us feel that we were your only clients!

Our home is just beautiful and the quality shows. We found that so many of the features that we wanted in our home was standard in all the homes you build. We are so impressed with the workmanship in each and every room. We are so proud when people ride by and slow down to admire our new home!!!! The yard and patio area really put the  icing on the cake!!!

Thanks again for all the hard work, but most of all for our friendship that continues to grow. The Lord has been so good to us and He has given this home to us. We are thankful for the special workman that He supplied.

When our electrician told us about our custom built home being featured on Thames Home Builders' website we just wanted everyone to know how grateful we are for George Thames. From the very beginning, we remember telling him that our house was a "miracle" from God.

We looked at hundreds of house plans, but when we saw this house and met George, we knew it was the one God planned for us. After waiting 27-years for our "dream home," we stepped out by faith. God is so good!

Sometimes people say that if they built another house, they would make changes. However, our house is perfect for us! George helped us make informed decisions and gave us good suggestions, and I can think of only minor things I would change.
